Objective

To create the integrated branding of a luxurious tower located in upscale Kalyani Nagar, Pune, India.

Process

A 360º Brand Development was created for Verde Residences, a Real Estate Project High-end privacy and natural environments were the triggers for our inspiration to develop the brand strategy and art direction. It was a challenge that tested our capabilities as a design team as we had to deliver the work for a very different market and culture than usual. This way, the project required a higher level of cultural research to really understand India and what consumers consider fine taste and good quality.

Our secondary research led us to develop new ideas that were not considered in the primary definition of the project. This was the case of the Sales Center design, an element that was defined later on in the process when the client decided to exploit the visual identity to reach potential customers to sell the units.

The pure forms and the utilization of high quality materials characterize the brand.
We also based our ideas on concepts such as quietness and exotism.

Outcome

The application of the brand in digital and printed formats demonstrate the integration of the visual system which includes: Isologotype, color palette, typography, brand materials, stationery, patters, textures,
institutional brochures, sales center signage, interior design, institutional videos, photoshooting and website.
