Objective
To create the brand strategy and integrated branding for a 4-story boutique luxury residences that could capture the spirit of South of Fifth.
Process
First of all, a multi-functional team (renderer, web developer, copywriter) was assembled to fully address the client’s needs. The goal was clear: highlight the coziness of a home while capturing the amenities of a large tower. To achieve this, we developed a naming and brand identity that evoke a distinctive spirit of accomplishment and freedom—deeply inspired by the vibrant energy and character of Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood.
A thorough secondary research process ensured that the brand values resonated with high-end consumers across every touchpoint. Leveraging my expertise in branding and systems thinking, I developed a cohesive visual and verbal identity, along with a full suite of design assets to support the marketing strategy.
Working hand in hand with the client was key to the project’s success. This close collaboration made the process engaging, fluid, and strategically aligned, allowing me to act not only as a designer but also as a trusted advisor. I also led the coordination with suppliers and the printing house to ensure a seamless execution and high-quality delivery across all brand materials.
