Miami is plenty of luxurious real-estate giants, yet houses scarse. I created the brand strategy for these independent luxury residencies that offer the comfort of a house with the benefits of a high-end tower.

Objective

To create the brand strategy and integrated branding for 4-story boutique luxury residences that could capture the spirit of South of Fifth.

Process

First of all, a multi-functional team (renderer, web developer, copywriter) was created in order to satisfy client’s needs. Highlighting the cozyness of a house with the amenities of a big tower was the goal. This way, we worked on creating a naming and a brand that evokes a distinctive spirit of accomplishment and freedom. A secondary research was carried out so that the brand values could resonate with high-end consumers at every touch point. Through my expertise in branding and systems thinking, a cohesive visual and verbal identity was developed as well as several design assets for the marketing strategy. Working hand in hand with the client was key, this made the process engaging, collaborative and smooth, and allowed me to become an advisor for several concerns regarding the project.
